We currently offer three tents in total—two cozy, smaller tents (16 ft) and one spacious, large tent (19 ft). Together, they create the perfect mix of personal space and a central gathering spot for your group.

- Please note: Each tent includes sleeping accommodations for two people. Additional bedding is $25/person. No charge for bringing your own sleeping bags. If you bring your own sleeping bags, memory foam floor mats will be provided at no extra charge. Travel charges apply approximately 40 minutes outside of Richmond.

Requirements for a Glamping Setup:
- A flat, dry space to put up the tent with a 35-foot diameter.
- Permission to set up a tent at the location.
- Confirmation that we can put 10-inch stakes into the ground at the location.

- 2 Queen Beds (memory foam mattress)
- 4 Twin XLs (memory foam mattresses)
- Up to 8 floor bed setups (ideal for kids)

FAQ:
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel? A: We require two weeks’ notice for a full refund/cancelation. However, if you opt to reschedule your trip, we can do so up to three days prior. Please keep in mind that a rescheduled trip within the two-week window will not be eligible for a refund.
Q: What happens if we get bad weather on the day of my glampout? A: If weather negatively impacts your glamping experience (before or even during), you will have the opportunity to reschedule for another available day at no charge to you. This includes heavy rain and other weather conditions (such as lightning, high winds, extreme heat, or snow). We’re flexible and want to ensure you have a great and safe experience!
Q: What kind of mattresses and pillows should I expect? A: Our glamping setups use premium memory foam mattresses set on bed frames, with cool plush pillows. There are no blow-up mattresses here!
Q: What if my yard isn’t big enough for a glamping tent? A: You can hire us to set up a glamping scene at any campground that allows it. We also have several partners in the area who are open to hosting glampers on their private property. Give us a call to discuss the options.
Q: Will the tent damage my lawn? A: Our tents can cause slight discoloration to your grass if used in the same spot for multiple nights. If your grass turns yellow, it typically bounces back in a few weeks with water and fresh growth. If you’re planning a multi-night stay, you may consider placement somewhere where you won’t mind having discolored grass for a few weeks.
